Mark D. Norych, Legal Director

Mark Norych has practiced law in the collection and subrogation areas of the law for over a quarter a century. During that time he was an Adjunct Professor at St. John’s University and the City College of New York. Mr. Norych has served on the Board of The National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP) and was the original Director of NASP’s Southeast Region. Mr. Norych frequently travels throughout the country giving lectures, conducting workshops and training clients’ staff on a variety of topics ranging from identifying subrogable claims for adjusters, to effective management strategies for supervisory staff. Other subjects that have been the basis for lectures have been as diverse as analyzing how the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) affects clients’ business practices to explaining how to avoid the pit falls of the Made Whole Doctrine.

Stephanie Ziring, Executive Director

Having started her professional career at one of the most prominent law firms in the world, Stephanie Ziring was instrumental in the founding of The Norych Group’s collection program. She has over twenty years’ experience in the management and oversight of collection companies handling high volume / high dollar claims. Ms. Ziring is a leader in the movement towards utilizing technology to manage high volume claims quickly and efficiently. Stephanie has also owned and run a collection agency specializing in commercial and retail collection claims.
